Welcome to Modivon. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of lighting products and related services from us.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Our Store
Modivon sells lighting and home illumination products, including floor lamps, table lamps, LED accent lamps, decorative lamps, and related lighting accessories.
We may add, remove, update, or discontinue products at any time.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately.
Minor differences in color, finish, texture, brightness appearance, or visual details may occur because of screen settings, photography, room lighting, or normal manufacturing variation.
Customers should review the product title, description, dimensions, specifications, compatibility information, and available variants before placing an order.
Lighting and Electrical Safety
Lighting products must be used according to their intended purpose and any instructions provided with the product.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product is suitable for their electrical supply, voltage, bulb type, socket type, placement, and installation requirements.
Do not use damaged cords, plugs, sockets, adapters, or lighting fixtures.
Where professional installation is appropriate, a qualified professional should be used.
Modivon is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use with incompatible electrical equipment, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Orders
An order is not guaranteed to be accepted simply because it has been submitted.
We may review, verify, cancel, or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Incorrect customer information
- Unavailable inventory
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment failure
- Delivery limitations
- Inability to fulfill the order
If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment
Modivon accepts card payments through the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Your payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. Modivon does not directly store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or cannot be verified, the order may not be processed.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
The price charged for an order is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, except in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Prices may change without notice for future orders.
Shipping
Modivon currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.
We provide free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum order value required.
Our normal shipping timeframe is:
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Transit Time: 4–7 business days
Estimated Total Delivery: 5–10 business days

Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All approved returns are handled by mail.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item returns, Modivon covers the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid return label.
Modivon does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

No Direct Exchanges
Modivon does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a different product, color, style, or model, you must return the original eligible item according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order separately.
The new order is subject to current product availability and pricing.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to assist if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has already been processed or shipped, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Modivon is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address information provided by the customer.
If an address error is reported before shipment, we will make a reasonable effort to correct it.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly.
We may request photographs of:
- The product
- The damaged or defective area
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Approved claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Modivon name, branding, website design, written content, product presentation, graphics, and other original materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or misrepresent protected Modivon materials without authorization.
